The Relative Efficiency Evaluation of Agricultural Circular Economy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Abstract: Based on chemical fertilizers and pesticides,farm plastics and film usage, energy consumption,sown area,agricuhure employed of number as a input indicators reductions to rural residents per capita net income,total agriculture,agriculture production and grain yield of three indicators of output indicators as building a regional agricultural cycle economic evaluation system,the use of DEA methods on the economic development of Inner Mongolia.Comparison found that the DEA model, only Xingan League,Tongliao City, Chifeng CityWulanchabu City,Erdos City,Bayannaoer city and Alashan the relative effectiveness of less than 1,and the remaining 5 regions equal to 1.The above seven leagues and cities for further analysis of the super-efficiency DEA found that the relative effectiveness of high to low is: Xilinguole League,Hulunbeier City,Hohhot and Baotou City Analysis of reasons for the relative void area found that the input side,there are various areas of excessive consumption of energy, farmland can not be rational and efficient use,excessive use of fertilizer and plastic sheeting and other issues of surplus labor, agricultural means of production into a direct result of the excessive costs of agricultural production,and the labor surplus has led to waste a lot of human resources and the region thus reducing the efficiency of the economy of the entire cycle.Therefore, the active region to adjust the industrial structure,strengthen the agricultural infrastructure,changing the traditional concept of the peasants,rich peasants persist through science and technology,technological innovation,the development of our region to become the key to the agricultural cycle.
