Abstract: ＂Four bodies＂ in rural social managerial system consist of basic party organization,basic government,rural social organization and peasants.Due to the alienation of the their functions,the four bodies fail to form a composite force,so there exist some drawbacks in the rural managerial system.To achieve the goals of rural management,the four bodies need to be integrated to form the composite force,and play a key role.
