Abstract: This article analysis realistic environment of saving and using land,make investigation and statistical data of the change of cultivated land in Lengshuitan district of Yongzhou so as to making clear the practical problem of this area.At the same time this article elaborate actual effect of farmland protection in Lengshuitan district and clarifiy the necessity,realistic significance and importance of cultivated land protection.Cultivated land protection problems exist not only in the area of villages and towns belongs to Lengshuitan distrct,also exists in so many regions which belongs to Yongzhou.Therefore,it will be a long time work to establish a effective cultivated land protection system and obviously it＇s a very critical thing to focus on.
