Abstract: According to the analysis of production and situation of industry development to potato,It indicated potato conversion of processing is about 50% in hulunbeier, industry potato has basicial molded.But there are some problems in production,for example agricultural infrastructure is weak;market docking is not in place;variety of potato special for processing is little,or hardships on extended.This article put forwards that potato is refined in planting and regional divided,established market platform of supply information,reasonable regulation on sowing area,increase potato special for processing on kynamies.deepening on cooperative relationship starch mill and peasant.
