    Sunflower is one of the five major oil crops in China.At present,the sunflower growing area maintained in 100~120 million hectares,and the total yield was 170 million tons.In recent years,the growing area and regions of sunflower expand constantly because of the good economic benefit.Following the growing area has increased year by year and the new sunflower breeds have been cultivated,there are higher requirements on mechanical seeding,field management and mechanical harvesting of sunflower.Organic combination of planting agronomic requirements and agricultural machinery operation is the effective way of promoting the development of sunflower industrialization.

    To clarify the period and the cytological characteristics of pollen abortion in the anthor of male sterile plant segregated from dominant nuclear male sterile flax line,the conventional paraffin methods were applied to observed the comparative anatomy of the flower bud and pollen development,using fertile and sterile flower buds as materials.The results showed that there existed obvious differences in mophology and cytology of sterile and fertile flower buds and pollen development.In this paper,from the beginning of seperation of the tapetal and middle-level,the anthor abnormal development and pollen abortion was devided into four phases,including seperation between the tapetal and middle-level;stagnation of microspore development;adhesion between tapetal and microspores and its gradual disappearance;and shrivel of anthor with no pollen.

    Effec s of different N+ implantation doses on the germination vigor,germination rate and survival seedling rate of Cyclamen Persicum Mill.The results showed that the germinationvigor and rate of Persicum Mill seeds showed the trend of declining rising declining with the increasing of N+ implantation does,which displayed a peculiar"saddle"shape.The survival seedling rate was close to germination rate at low dose,but obviously decreased at high dose.

    On the basis of a certain quantity of fertilizer,various amount of irrigation water and irrigation technology have an important impact on agricultural production.A study of effect of different amount of irrigation water on potato yield and quality has been done.The result shows that 350m3hm2 treatment significantly increased yield and economic benefits while the tuber starch content,vitamin C and reducing sugars were not changed significantly.

    In order to select the ideal flue—cured tobacco varieties for planting in Yunnan Puer jingdong.Four varieties of KRK26.Yunyan 85.Yunyan 87.Yunyan 97 and the one check of K326 were chosen to carry out variety comparison test.The results showed that1) the tobacco varieties of KRK26 had higher plant—height,longer pitch,wider and light green leaf,later budding,longer growth and developing period,relatively weaker abilities of anti—lodging and resistant to black shank,and thinner cured leaves.2)The comprehensive economic characters of KRK26 were the best,which had better yield,output value,averageprice.harvest index and the higher proportions of high grade leaves.And the rest three varieties had the similar characters to K326,but significantly below Yunyan 87.3),The leaves of KRK26 had the highest content of potassium oxide,the minimum sugars difference between total sugar and reducing sugar.

    Through systematic observation of maize growth and development,in the mountain area of Southern Ningxia semi-arid region in conventional production conditions of cultivation of film mulching maize,master its individual static and dynamic process groups.According to the determination of grouting process,in August 20th is about 36 days after blossom,grain filling 1000-grain weight gain peak of 16.08g,hundred grain weight for 30.54g.

    Herb additive the black goats fodder include orange peel,Leaves,Pulsatilla,astragalus,purslane,plantain,licorice,and Schisandra.And the ratio of additives was 3.0%,2.0% and 1.0% respectively.Black goats weight increased 21.1%,24.1% and 21.1% than the control group.It was significantly different(P 0.05),and 2% additive was the best among them.

    To provide accurate base map for the field investigation and to ensure the smooth implementation of the first national soil and water conservation survey.They were studied that the determine of the exact location for soil and water conservation unit in the different scale topographic maps and how to accurately decide and describe boundary.The results showed that: according to the framing code standard of the topographic maps,it was easily maked the framing relationship chart between the four kinds of map(1∶100000,1∶50000,1∶25000 and 1∶10000).Combined the framing code with this chart,the accurate position of 1∶10000 topographic map could be quickly determined on the 1∶50000 and 1∶25000 topographic maps,then the water conservation survey unit was very conveniently detemined on the basis of the work procedure standard of the first national soil and water conservation survey and the 1∶10000 topographic map.The key to describe unit boundary was how to accurately find ridge line,it needed to find the highest point of the investigation unit on the topographic map,then to describe boundary along the biggest curvature part of the contours from the highest point,according to the elevation gradually reduce characteristics of the ridge line.

    The paper studied the control effect of 70% ZF with the treament of 100kg seeds 140g,280g,560g and 840g(effective content)on rape striped flea beetles.The results showed that control effect reached 74.7%~79.3%,control effect of 70% ZF was higher than that of the control.Taking the control cost into acoount,the recommended dosage of thiamethoxam ZF for controling rape striped flea beetles was 100kg seeds 140g.

    This article describes the occurrence and damage of root-knot nematode including the species and dominant species in crop.The economic losses caused by them are also described.During 2010-2011,The damage of the root-knot nematodes of green house vegetable was systematically investigated in Inner Mongolia.The results showed that Meloidogyne incognite was prevailing in green house vegetable.The root-knot nematodes diseases of green-house vegetable occurred universally in Songshan,Hongshan,Yuanbaoshan and Ningchen of Chenfeng.Management measures for this disease were proposed.

    Monitoring results of underground water level on Hohhot regions in 2010 showed that the change of underground water level was a large fluctuation on spring and summer,and a relative stability on autumn and winter.Underground water level in 2010 had a decrease comparing with 2009,the decline extent of underground water level on huhhot city and Wuchuan county were apparently higher than last year,and Tuo country was a little more than 2009,other regions were lower slightly.The largest decreasing amplitude of underground water level was appeared on huhhot city in 2010 and the least was on Qingshuihe country.

    The two cold vortex position were similar between on July 16,2010 and July 15,2011,but they caused different weather during the cold vortex.The circulation background,physical quantity,satellite image were analyzed,the results showed that: upper cold vortex and low-level mesoscale shear are the main influence systems.Because the lower temperature configuration,the low-level shear in different positions,resulting to the weather are different;severe convective weather area with negative SI index,K index values of area and a large high-value area of CAPE have good relationship;satellite images a convective cumulonimbus smooth edges neat group.
