Abstract: On the basis of a certain quantity of fertilizer,various amount of irrigation water and irrigation technology have an important impact on agricultural production.A study of effect of different amount of irrigation water on potato yield and quality has been done.The result shows that 350m3hm2 treatment significantly increased yield and economic benefits while the tuber starch content,vitamin C and reducing sugars were not changed significantly.
