Analysis of Biochemical Composition of Saanen Goat Milk in The Hohhot

摘要: 对呼和浩特地区萨能山羊奶和牛奶生化组成进行了测定,并对两种乳生化特性进行比较研究。结果表明,山羊奶中总蛋白、脂肪、干物质含量均高于鲜牛奶中的含量,乳糖含量较牛奶低,从营养角度考虑萨能山羊乳是比较理想、健康的营养乳。

Abstract: Biochemical compositions of Saanen dairy Goat milk and cow milk were detected by conventional method, and the comparative test also was made to determine their biochemical characteristics. The result indicated that the total protein, fat and dry material content in goat's milk was higher than that of cow's milk accordingly, but the lactose content relatively was low. Thus goat's milk can be regarded as an ideal and healthy milk.
