Effect of pH Value and Temperature on Feed Enzyme-complex Activity

摘要: 以稻草为主要原料,利用好食脉孢菌进行固态发酵产饲用复合酶,通过试验研究了pH值和温度对饲用复合酶活力的影响。试验结果表明,饲用复合酶在pH值3.0~5.5,温度30~40℃的条件下稳定性最好。

Abstract: In this paper,rice straw was used as main material to produce feed enzyme-complex by solid state fermentation of Neurospora sitophila,then the effective factors on pH and temperature were decided. The results showed that the stability of feed enzyme-complex activity is the optimization under the condition of pH 3.0~5.5 and 30~40℃.
