微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定烟用胶黏剂中的铅含量

Analysis of Pb in Cigarette Adhesive by Microwave Digestion-atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要: 应用微波消解进行烟用胶黏剂中Pb元素的消解研究,并采用原子吸收法测定该元素的含量。在混合消解体系(5∶2的HNO3-H2O2)和一定梯度的消解条件下,消解结果最佳。在微波消解最佳条件下,进行了精密度试验和回收率试验,所得结果的相对标准偏差为0.5%,回收率在97%以上。结果表明,微波消解法处理烟用胶黏剂,具有快速、简便、节省试剂、消解完全等特点,测定结果的精密度和准确度令人满意。

Abstract: A microwave digestion procedure was developed for trace Pb in cigarette adhesive using microwave digestion system,and the amounts of these trace metallic element was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave digestion.The recovery of Pb was on the top of 97% with the RSD of 0.5%.The results showed that this method was rapid,simple,minimized environmental contamination and the samples are completely digested,the chemical reagents were economized during the sample preparation.The precision and accuracy are satisfactory.
