Effects of NaCl Stress on The Content of Chlorophyll in Seedling of Artemisia anethifolia and Betacyanin in Beet

摘要: 以碱蒿(Artemisia anethifolia)为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫下碱蒿幼苗中叶绿素含量和甜菜红素含量与耐盐性之间的关系。结果表明,随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,碱蒿幼苗中叶绿素含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;甜菜红素含量变化趋势比较明显。由此可见,叶绿素和甜菜红素含量可作为碱蒿的耐盐性鉴定指标。

Abstract: Artemisia anethifolia was employed to study the relationship of salt tolerance with Chlorophyll and Betacyanin contents at the different concentration of NaCl.The results showed that Chlorophyll in seedling of A.anethifolia took the tendency of low-high-low as the increase of salt concentration,and Betacyanin contents in beet had an obvious tendency.It was concluded that the content of Chlorophyll in A.anethifolia and Betacyanin in beet could be used as important appraisal indexes to salt tolerance of A.anethifolia.
