摘要: 生物质气化过程中产生的副产物——焦油具有极大危害性。分析生物质气化气中焦油的旋风分离、湿式净化、干式净化等物理净化方法,论述高温热解和催化裂解化学转化方法,比较不同焦油处理方法的优、缺点及工程应用。气化气中焦油处理是否有效是生物质气化气工程得以正常运行的保证。

Abstract: Tar,a by-product in gasification process,has a great harm.In this paper,physical methods to remove tar in biomass gasification gas such as cyclone-separation,wet cleaning and dry cleaning are analyzed.Chemical conversion methods such as hightemperature pyrolysis and catalytic cracking are also discussed.Their advantages,disadvantages and application are compared.Treatment of tar in gasification gas is crucial for normal operation of biomass gasification gas engineering.
