摘要: 秸秆类生物质热解气化制取可燃气的过程中焦油作为不可避免的副产物具有多方面的特性,形成焦油的反应过程极其复杂,影响其含量的因素也很多,其中主要因素包括秸秆资源种类及其特性、气化设备类型及其内部结构,以及气化工艺条件(气化介质、进风量、催化剂、气化温度和燃气停留时间)。综述了影响焦油含量的因素,为解决焦油问题提出一些可供参考的思路,以促进生物质气化技术在广大农村地区的推广应用。

Abstract: As inevitable byproduct,tar of combustible gas,obtained from the pyrolytic gasificationprocess of straw biomass,had many characteristics.The formingreaction process of tar was extremely complex,there were many factors affecting its content,included straw resource type and its characteristics,gasification equipment types and its internal structure,and gasification process conditions(gasification medium,air input,catalyst,gasification temperature and gas retention time).Several abovefactors were reviewed and some reference think ing was put forward for solving the tar problems,in order to promote the application of biomass gasification technology in the vast rural areas.
