过瘤胃保护性精氨酸稳定性检验研究

Evaluation on Stability of Rumen Protected Arginine

摘要: 该研究以羧甲基纤维素钠和脂肪酸为壁材对精氨酸进行包埋处理,通过人工唾液消化试验、尼龙袋法与十二指肠液消化试验,对过瘤胃保护性精氨酸(RP-Arg)在绵羊消化道中的稳定性以及可消化性进行检验。试验结果表明,随培养时间的延长包被精氨酸的释放率呈升高趋势;经过16h的培养后,RP-Arg的释放率在人工唾液、瘤胃液和十二指肠液中分别为22.16%、31.47%和88.85%。结果显示,在人工唾液和瘤胃液中RP-Arg有较好的稳定性,在十二指肠液中RP-Arg具有较好的可消化性。

Abstract: Fatty acid and sodium carboxymethy cellulose were used to coat arginine. Then the stability and digestibility of the rumen- protected Arginine (RP-Arg) in digestive tract of sheep were detected by artificial saliva digestion test, nylon digestion test and duodenal juice digestion test. The results showed that the release rate of RP-Arg was increased with duration of culture. After 16 h culture, the release rates of RP-Arg in saliva, rumen and duodenum were 22.16%, 31.47% and 88.85%, respectively. These results indicated that the RP-Arg had a good stability in saliva and rumen and had a good digestibility in duodenum.
