β-葡聚糖对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫指标的影响

摘要: 试验研究了β-葡聚糖对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及免疫指标的影响。选择720只健康新罗曼蛋鸡,随机分为3个日粮处理组,分别为添加100mg/kgβ-葡聚糖组、空白对照组及抗生素对照组,试验期56d。结果表明,β-葡聚糖对蛋鸡的生产性能无显著影响(P〉0.05),但能够提高新城疫疫苗免疫20d后抗体滴度,并有延缓其下降速度的趋势,可显著降低饲喂56d后粪便中大肠杆菌的数量(P〈0.01),还可显著降低蛋黄胆固醇含量(P〈0.01),从而改善了蛋品质(P〈0.05)。

Abstract: The effects of β-glucan on the production performance,egg quality and immune indices of laying hens were studied in the experiment.Seven hundred and twenty healthy New Roman laying hens were randomly divided into 3 diet groups,including 100mg/kg β-glucan group,blank control group and antibiotic control group.The test lasted 56 days.The results showed that β-glucan had no significant effect on the production performance of laying hens(P 0.05).β-glucan can increase the antibody titers of newcastle disease vaccine after immunizing 20 days,slow the decreasing trend,decrease the number of fecal E.coli after feeding 56 days significantly (P0.01)and significantly reduce the cholesterol content in yolk(P0.01)and improve the egg quality(P0.05).
