温度骤变对史氏鲟幼鱼活动状况及成活率的影响

摘要: 温度是影响鱼类生存的重要环境因子之一。初步研究了温度骤变对史氏鲟幼鱼活动状况及成活率的影响,结果表明,史氏鲟幼鱼能够耐受温度骤变(28℃→16℃)/6h,成活率为100%。但在温度骤变过程中,当温差为-6℃时,史氏鲟幼鱼活动轻微异常;当温差为-8、-10、-12℃时,史氏鲟幼鱼沉在水底活动减慢,呼吸加快。

Abstract: Temperature is one of the important environmental factors that affect fish survival.The effects of abrupt temperature change on the activities and the survival rate of Acipenser schrenckii were preliminary studied in the experiment.The results showed that Acipenser schrenckii juvenile could withstand abrupt temperature change from 28℃ to 16℃ within 6 h and the survival rate was 100%.However,Acipenser schrenckii juvenile had slightly abnormal activity when the temperature difference was -6℃.Acipenser schrenckii juvenile submerged in the underwater,the activities slowed down and breathe quickened when the temperature difference was -8℃,-10℃ or -12℃.
