摘要: 将丁香等8种植物源天然抑菌剂,采用试管2倍稀释抑菌试验法测定其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母、总状毛霉的最低抑菌浓度。结果表明,大青叶为丁香等8种供试植物源天然抑菌剂中抑菌浓度最低的天然防腐剂,也就是其中抑菌效果最好的防腐剂。
Abstract: The minimal inhibitory concentration of eight kinds of botanical natural bacteriostats(such as Syringa vulgaris) to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Mucor racemose was determined by using tube double dilution method and bacteriostatic test method. The results showed that the inhibitory concentration of Folium Isatidis was the lowest among eight kinds of botanical natural bacteriostats(such as S. vulgaris) ,so Folium Isatidis was the preservative with the best bacteriostatic effect.
