摘要: 对羟基联苯法虽用于测定瘤胃液中乳酸的含量,但传统方法耗时长,操作过程繁琐。在该原理上对试验方法进行了适当的优化,使其反应过程在1h内完成。结果表明,在10~100μg/mg范围内乳酸浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线的R2=0.9987,回收率为97%~105%。该方法快速、准确性高,适合瘤胃液乳酸的测定。

Abstract: Although p-hydroxybiphenolcolorimetry has applied in detecting the content of lactic acid in rumen fluid,the disadvantage of its traditional method need consume for a long time and operate troublesome processes.The experimental method was optimized based on traditional theory,and the reaction process could be completed within one hour.Results showed that the content of lactic acid at 10-100 μg/mg and absorbance had a good linear relationship,and R2 was 0.998 7,and the recoveries were between 97% and 105%.This method is fast and has high accuracy,so it is suitable for the analysis of lactic acid in rumen fluid.
