石榴渣的发酵贮藏和饲料特性研究

Study on Lactic Acid Fermentation and Feed Characteristics of Pomegranate Residue

摘要: [目的]以新鲜石榴渣为原料,对发酵贮藏技术、饲料特性和消化性进行研究。[方法]分别设无添加、添加O.02%乳酸菌、5%玉米粉和0.02%乳酸菌并加3个处理,袋装密封,在室温下贮藏30d后供取样分析。[结果]在石榴渣原料构成中石榴籽和果皮的比例分别为18.6%和78.6%;全渣和石榴籽中的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量分别为10.84%、10137%和12.70%、13.51%;各处理pH值均在3.70以下,有机酸以乳酸为主,发酵过程中未检测到丁酸:乳酸茵添加或玉米粉和乳酸菌并加处理显著提高了青贮的粗蛋白含量和干物质消化率(P〈0.05)。[结论]石榴渣为易于青贮调制原料,无添加也能调制优质的青贮饲料;玉米粉和乳酸茵并加能提高粗蛋白含量和干物质消化率.分别达到13.03%和71.99%。

Abstract: [Objective] Taking pomegranate residue as raw materials, ensiled technology, feed characteristics and dry matter digestibility were studied. [Method] Three treatments were prepared as followed: only silage (control), silage with 0.02% of lactic acid bacteria and silage with both 0.02% of lactic acid bacteria and 5% corn flour, and then packed in plastic bottles and stored a room temperature for 30 days for sampling analysis. [ Result ] The proportion of seeds and peel in residue in dry matter basis wert 18.6% and 78.6%, respectively. The crude protein and crude fat contents of whole residue and seeds were 10.84%, 10.37% and 12.70%, 13.51%, respectively. The pH values of whole treatments were less than 3.70. The organic acid was dominant by lactic acid, and butyric acid was not detected. Adding lactobacillus or adding both lactobacillus and corn flour could increase the crudt protein content and dry matter digestibility of silage significantly. [ Conclusion ] Pomegranate residue is suitable for ensiling ray materials, and no inoculation can also make quality silage. Adding lactobacillus and corn flour could increase the crude proteil content and dry matter digestibility of silage, which reached 13.03% and 71.99%, respectively.
