生长期籽鹅甲状腺组织结构的研究

Study on Histological Structure of Thyroid Gland of Zi Goose during Growth Period

摘要: 利用组织学方法检测甲状腺滤泡的发育性变化。结果表明,甲状腺滤泡随日龄的增加而增大,滤泡皮细胞的高度在30日龄时明显高于其他日龄;对l、10、30日龄滤泡上皮细胞超微结构的研究表明,上皮胞的功能处于旺盛阶段。而60-90日龄时细胞功能处于相对静止状态。

Abstract: The growth change of follicular of thyroid gland was detected by using tissue method. Results showed that the follicular of thyroid gland became larger with the increase of days, and the height of follicular epithelial cell at 30 days old was obviously higher than those of the others. The study on the ultrastructure of follicular epithelial cell at 1, 10 and 30 days old showed that the function of epithelial cell was in vigorous stage, while the function of ollicular epithelial cell at 60-90 days old was in relatively stationary state.
