Study on the Determination Method of K Content in Potato by Using TAS-986 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer

摘要: 采用北京普析公司生产的TAS-986原子吸收分光光度计,用火焰法测定马铃薯中钾的含量,从而通过试验找到一种快速、简便、可靠的测定方法。通过方法学验证:标准曲线相关系数R2=0.9900.平均回收率=91.58%,精密度和重复性RSD〈10%。因此,用该方法测定马铃薯中的钾含量,具有方法可靠、精密度高、重复性好、回收率高、简便快捷等特点。

Abstract: In order to find out a fast, simple and reliable detecting method, the content of K in potato was detected by using flame method and TAS-986 atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results showed that the correlation coefficient (R2) of standard curve was 0.990 0, and the average recovery was 91.58%, and the precision and repeatability (RSD) was less than 10%. Therefore, the determination method of K content in potato had some advantages of reliability, high precision, good repeatability and high recovery.
