肉牛养殖场饲料中的大肠菌群及沙门氏菌的检测与分析

Detection and Analysis of Coliform and Salmonella in Beef Feed in Cattle Farm

摘要: [目的]为了了解新疆伊犁地区和阿克苏地区肉牛养殖场的饲料受致病菌污染程度.对所采集的18份饲料样品中的大肠茵群及沙门氏茵进行检测。[方法]沙门氏菌的检测按照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T13091—2002(饲料中沙门氏茵的检测方法)中所规定的方法进行,大肠菌群的检测按照中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T18869-2002(饲料中大肠茵群的测定)中所规定的方法进行。[结果]麦秆饲料中大肠菌群最高.达到11000个/100g;经加工的饲料(颗粒料、棉籽粕、菜籽粕)中大肠菌群含量都较低,数量低于40个/100g;在所有饲料样品中均未检出沙门氏茵。[结论]所检测的18份肉牛饲料样品均不同程度受到大肠茵群的污染。

Abstract: [ Objective ] In order to understand the bacterial pollution level of beef feed from cattle farms that located in two regions in Xinjiang, the Coliform group and Salmonella in 18 collected feed samples were detected. [Method] The method of Salmonella detection was in accordance with provisions of the national standard GB/T 13091-2002, and the method of Coliform group detection was in accordance with provisions of the national standard GB/T 18869-2002. [ Result ] The straw feed had the highest number of Coliform group, which was up to 11 000/100 g; However, processed feeds like pellet feed, cottonseed feed and rapeseed feed, the number of Coliform group were all lower than 40/100 g; and there's no Salmonella to be detected in all feed samples. [ Conclusion ] All the 18 detected beef feed samples were contaminated by Coliform group at different degrees.
