摘要: 胶体金免疫层析检测技术是在荧光素、酶联免疫吸附试验、放射性同位素标记技术之后,于20世纪80年代发展起来的一种快速的免疫学检测技术。由于其具有稳定性好、安全、简便,且不需任何仪器设备等优点,被广泛应用于医学检测、农产品农药兽药残留检测、进出口产品病原微生物检测等领域。主要就其发展历程、技术原理和应用进行了综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay was a rapid immunological detection technology that was developed in 1980s after fluorescein, ELISA and radioisotope technology. Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay had been widely applied in medical examination, residual detection of veterinary drug and pesticide in agricultural products, pathogenic microorganism detection in import and export products and other fields because of its good stability, safety and convenient usage , none of instrument and equipment and other disadvantages. The development process, technical principle and application of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay were reviewed, so as to provide references for the related studies.
