摘要: 白喉毒素是由感染β噬菌体基因组的白喉棒状杆菌所产生的外毒素,具有极强的毒性,一分子的毒蛋白就可以杀死细胞,目前在肿瘤治疗和动物疾病模型制备过程中得到了广泛的应用。主要对白喉毒素的结构、作用机制及其在肿瘤治疗和动物模型制备过程中的应用进行了综述,旨在为后续相关白喉毒素的研究和应用提供一定的理论基础。

Abstract: Diphtheria toxin is an exotoxin secreted by the ; phage infected Corynebacterium diphtheria strains. It is highly toxic and even one molecule can kill cells. Recently, it has been widely used in tumor therapy and preparation of animal disease models. We mainly review the structure and action mechanism of diphtheria toxin as well as its application in tumor therapy and animal models preparation, in hoping to provide a theoretical basis for further studies on diphtheria toxin.
