隔离设施中小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的检测

Detection of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa of Mice in Separation Facilities

摘要: 为了保证动物实验的结果具有可比性和可靠性,必须保持实验动物质量的稳定性,因此,对实验动物的质量检测是非常必要的。抽取扬州大学比较医学中心13个隔离设施中的小鼠各1只,分别取其回盲内容物和生活粪便接种于相对应的培养基。按照GB/T 14926.14和GB/T 14926.17-2001,对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌分别采用细菌分离培养的方法进行检测,实验结果为:部分小鼠金黄色葡萄球菌检测结果为阳性,全部小鼠绿脓杆菌检测结果均为阴性。结果表明,该中心饲养于隔离设施中的部分小鼠携带金黄色葡萄球菌,但在检测中未发现有小鼠携带绿脓杆菌。

Abstract: In order to ensure the comparability and reliability of animal test results, the stability of quality of tested animal must be kept, so it is very necessary to detect the quality of tested animals. One mouse was taken from 13 separation facilities of Compare Medical Center of Yangzhou University separately, and contents of ileocecal junction and life waste were collected and inoculated into responsible mediums. According to GB/T 14926.14 and GB/T 14926.17-2001, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected. Results showed that the Staphylococcus aureus was positive in some mice, while Pseudomonas aeruginosa was negative in all mice. It is suggested that a part of mice in separation facilities of Compare Medical Center of Yangzhou University took Staphylococcus aureus, but there was no Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
