摘要: 维生素A(vitamin A,VA)是维持正常生命活动所必需的脂溶性维生素,可以维持正常的视觉功能,维持上皮组织的健康生长和分化,提高身体免疫功能,抑制肿瘤生长,改善贫血,但VA摄入过多是有害的。主要论述VA的代谢和生物学作用,以期为合理使用VA提供参考。

Abstract: Vitamin A (VA) was fat-soluble and was necessary for the maintaining of normal life activity. It plays an important role in maintaining normal visual function and growth and differentiation of epithelial tissues. While VA can improve the immunity function, inhibit the growth of tumor and improve anemia, excess VA is harmful to body. The metabolism characteristics of VA and its physiological actions were introduced in this paper, so as to provide reference for the rational use of VA.
