大豆蛋白肽对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

Effect of Soybean Protein Peptide on Growth Performance of Weaned Piglets

摘要: 以断奶仔猪为实验动物,研究大豆蛋白肽对幼龄动物生长的影响功能。160头断奶仔猪随机分为4组,Ⅰ组为基础日粮添加3.0%血浆蛋白粉,Ⅱ组为基础日粮添加3.0%乐能小肽和3.0%血浆蛋白粉,Ⅲ组为基础日粮添加3.0%乐能小肽,Ⅳ组为基础日粮添加5.0%乐能小肽组,试验期12 d。试验结果显示,仔猪断奶后1~6 d、7~12 d或1~12 d,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组均显著提高断奶仔猪生长性能(P〈0.05),并显著提高断奶仔猪的饲料转化率(P〈0.05)。考虑到饲料成本,建议在断奶仔猪日粮中添加3.0%大豆蛋白肽。

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of soybean protein peptide on the growth performance of young animals by using weaned piglets as experimental animal. A total of 160 weaned piglets were included in this study and were randomly divided into four groups. Group I fed basal diet adding 3.0% plasma protein powder; Group Ⅱ fed basal diet adding 3.0% "Leneng", a commercial production of soybean protein peptide, and 3.0% plasma protein powder; Group Ⅲ fed basal diet adding 3.0%"Leneng"; Group Ⅳ fed basal diet adding 5.0%"Leneng". The entire test period lasted for 12 d. The results showed that during 1-6 d, 7-12 d or 1-12 d after weaning, the growth performance of the piglets in groups Ⅱ and group m were both significantly increased (P〈0.05), and the significant increase in feed conversion rate of the piglets was also observed (P〈0.05). In view of the cost of feeding, 3% soybean protein peptide was commended to use for weaned piglets.
