饲料中3种钙含量测定方法的比较研究

摘要: 试验采用高锰酸钾法(GB/T 6436-2002)、乙二胺四乙酸二钠络合滴定法(EDTA法,GB/T 6436-2002)和均相沉淀法对11种饲料原料进行钙含量测定的比较研究。结果表明,对饲料中的钙含量进行测定,3种方法所获得的结果差异均不显著(P〉0.05)。其中,高锰酸钾法准确度高于EDTA法和均相沉淀法,但过程复杂、时间长;EDTA法简单、快速,但测定结果不好判断;均相沉淀法比较生僻,很少在实际生产中应用。

Abstract: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the performance of three methods for determination of Ca content in eleven kinds of feed ingredients,including potassium permanganate method(recommended by GB/T 6436-2002),ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt complexometric titration method(EDTA method,recommended by GB/T 6436-2002) and homogeneous precipitation method.The results showed that there were no significant differences between the results obtained with the three methods(P〉0.05).The potassium permanganate method had higher accuracy than that of the other two methods,but its operating process was complex and time consuming;EDTA method was simple and fast,but the results obtained was uneasy to be judged;homogeneous precipitation method was not commonly used in practical production.
