摘要: 细胞工程是目前各高校生物技术、生物工程、生物科学专业普遍开设的本科骨干课程,它是一门实践性和应用性较强的学科,包含大量的实验操作技术,因此,将理论教学和实践相结合,使教学和实践相互促进,显得尤为重要。将实践带到教学中来,又把教学带到实践中去,教学和实践相互结合,均会收到良好的效果。对"细胞工程"理论与实践相结合的重要性进行了阐述,并就细胞工程教学模式改革的方式和方法进行了总结。

Abstract: Currently, Cell Engineering is one of the main courses for undergraduates majoring in biotechnology, bio-engineering and biological science in colleges and universities. This course is a practical and highly applied discipline and involves a large number of experimental operating techniques. Therefore, the fact that combining the theoretical teaching with practice and promoting them mutually is of great significance. In this teaching mode, the practice will be brought to theoretical teaching and the theoretical teaching will be brought to practice, they are organically combined, so that the good teaching effect will be achieved.The significance of the combination of theoretical teaching and practice in Cell Engineering is elaborated, and the ways and methods for teaching mode reform of this course are summarized.
