18β-甘草次酸抗癌机制研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-cancer Mechanism of 18β-Glycyrrhetinic Acid

摘要: 甘草是一味对人体较好的固本中草药,常用于治疗脏器寒热、饮食中毒、伤寒、喉咙疼痛、肺热咳嗽、稚童病症等症状。近年来的研究发现,甘草提取物亦有良好的抗癌功效,18β-甘草次酸通过前体甘草酸水解制得,是相对高效的抗癌成分。18β-甘草次酸可通过遏制癌细胞增殖、诱导癌细胞凋亡、遏制癌细胞侵袭转移、抗氧化、遏制新血管生成、遏制淋巴管生成、调节激素分泌等途径发挥抗癌作用。对18β-甘草次酸的抗癌机制研究进展进行了综述,旨在为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract: Glycyrrhiza uralensis is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine to treat the symptoms of organ fever, food poisoning, typhoid fever, sore throat, cough due to lung heat, children′s diseases and so on. In recent years, it has been found that the extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis has good anti -cancer activity. 18β-glycyrrhetic acid, one of the main components in the extract of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, is found to have good anti-cancer activity. It can be obtained by hydrolysis of its precursor of glycyrrhizic acid. 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid exerts its anti-cancer effects by inhibiting cancer cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis of cancer cells, suppressing invasion and metastasis of cancer cells, preventing oxidation, prohibiting neovascularization and lymphangiogenesis, and regulating hormone secretion. The research progress of anti -cancer mechanism of 18β-glycyrrhetinic acid was reviewed, in hoping to provide references for the subsequent associated researches.
