摘要: 激素敏感性脂肪酶(hormone-sensitive triglyceride lipase,HSL)是脂肪分解的限速酶,其编码基因HSL的表达也与脂肪的沉积密切相关。从分子结构、表达调控及多态性等方面对HSL基因的研究进展进行了综述,以期为进一步研究该基因的结构及功能提供参考。

关键词: HSL基因, 表达调控, 多态性

Abstract: Hormone-sensitive triglyceride lipase (HSL) is the rate-limiting enzyme associated with lipolysis, and the expression of its coding gene HSL is also closely related to fat deposition. In this paper, we reviewed the molecular structure, expression regulation and polymorphism of HSL gene, in hoping to provide references for the further investigation on its structure and function.
