吉林省动物源粪肠球菌分离鉴定及耐药性检测

Isolation, Identification, and Antimicrobial Resistance Detection of Enterococcus faecalis from Animal Sources in Jilin Province

摘要: [目的]掌握吉林省动物源粪肠球菌的耐药性情况。[方法]从吉林省所辖8个地级市和1个自治州的规模化蛋鸡养殖场、生猪养殖场和奶牛养殖场采集样品共400份,对细菌进行分离、纯化,采用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱仪(MALDI-TOF MS)鉴定细菌,采用微量肉汤稀释法检测18种抗菌药物敏感性。[结果]共分离出粪肠球菌87株,分离率为21.75%(87/400)。其中,鸡源43株,分离率为30.71%(43/140);猪源33株,分离率为20.63%(33/160);奶牛源11株,分离率为11.00%(11/100)。鸡源粪肠球菌对头孢西丁、克林霉素、头孢噻呋、泰妙菌素、替米考星、四环素、红霉素、苯唑西林的耐药率均在80%以上;猪源粪肠球菌对头孢西丁、克林霉素、头孢噻呋、泰妙菌素、四环素、红霉素、苯唑西林、庆大霉素、替米考星的耐药率均在80%以上;奶牛源粪肠球菌对替米考星的耐药率为100%,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均低于10.00%(除了庆大霉素)。总体上多重耐药率为85.07%,以9重耐药菌株最多,占26.87%。[结论]吉林省蛋鸡养殖场、生猪养殖场粪肠球菌耐药率较高,多重耐药现象严重。

Abstract: [Objective] To investigate the antimicrobial resistance profiles of Enterococcus faecalis isolated from animal sources in Jilin Province. [Methods] A total of 400 samples were collected from large-scale layer chicken farms, pig farms, and dairy cow farms across eight prefecture-level cities and one autonomous prefecture in Jilin Province. Bacterial isolation and purification were performed, followed by identification using Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS) and susceptibility to 18 antibiotics was tested using the broth microdilution method. [Results] A total of 87 E. faecalis strains were isolated, with an overall isolation rate of 21.75% (87/400). Specifically, 43 strains were isolated from chickens (isolation rate:30.71%, 43/140), 33 from pigs (isolation rate:20.63%, 33/160), and 11 from dairy cows (isolation rate: 11.00%, 11/100). Chicken-derived E. faecalis exhibited resistance rates exceeding 80% to cefoxitin, clindamycin, ceftiofur, tiamulin, tilmicosin, tetracycline, erythromycin, and oxacillin. Pig-derived E. faecalis showed resistance rates above 80% to cefoxitin, clindamycin, ceftiofur, tiamulin, tetracycline, erythromycin, oxacillin, gentamicin, and tilmicosin. Dairy cow-derived E. faecalis displayed a 100% resistance rate to tilmicosin, while resistance to other Antimicrobial (except gentamicin) was below 10.00%. Overall, the multidrug resistance rate was 85.07%, with resistance to 9 drugs being the most prevalent, accounting for 26.87% of isolates. [Conclusion] The resistance rates of E. faecalis from layer and pig farms in Jilin Province are high, with severe multidrug resistance observed.
