Abstract: This article discussed the outstanding innovative biological science specialty construction program in local universities.According to the overall requirements of ＂people-oriented education, moral education first, ability first, and overall development＂,this program revisied the objectives of the talent training program in outstanding innovative biological science specialty. The personnel training model was improved, the curriculum system and teaching contents were optimized, the practical education as well as innovation and entrepreneurship education were strengthened, and the coordinated development of the undergraduates′knowledge, ability and quality were promoted.
