摘要: 综述了目前国内外对人工抗原的鉴定方法,即:紫外分光光度法、红外分光光度法、电泳法、质谱法。并分析了各鉴定方法的优缺点,认为质谱法是鉴定人工抗原的最佳方法。

Abstract: The identification methods on artificial antigens were reviewed in the article, namely ultraviolet spectrophtonetric method, infrared spectrophotometry, electrophoresis and mass, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The conclusion can be made that mass is the best one.
