鹅IGF-Ⅰ基因5′调控区单核苷酸多态性分析

Polymorphism Analysis on the Single Nucleotide in the 5' Regulatory Region of IGF-1 Gene in Goose

摘要: 以皖西白鹅和朗德鹅为素材,设计引物对鹅的IGF-Ⅰ基因5′端非编码区序列克隆测序,运用PCR-SSCP方法检测IGF-Ⅰ基因5′调控区的单核苷酸多态性。检测发现该区域存在4个SNP位点,分别是:A-26T、A-215G、A-314G、A-325T。

Abstract: With Wanxi white geese and Landes geese as materials,the primers were designed for cloning and sequencing the sequence in 5' non-coding region of IGF-1 gene in goose. The polymorphism of single nucleotide in 5' regulatory region of IGF-1 gene was detected by PCR-SSCP method. It was found through detection that there were 4 SNP sites in the region and they were A-26T,A-215G,A-314G and A-325T resp.
