摘要: 调节胚胎干细胞(ESC)自我更新是一个复杂的分子信号系统,当这个信号系统处于总体平衡时,ES细胞的自我更新才能得以维持。只有明确了这些信号通路的功能才能实现对ES细胞的应用,并发展以干细胞为基础的下游技术。从重要的细胞因子LIF、Oct-4、Nanog等方面综述了ES细胞自我更新分子机制的研究进展。

Abstract: Regulation of self-renewal of embryonic stem cells(ES) is a complex molecular signaling system.When the signal system is in overall balance,the self-renewal of ES cells can be maintained.The ES cells can be applied and the downstream stem cell-based technology can be developed only after the function of these signaling pathways has been understood.The paper reviews the research progress in the molecular mechanism of self-renewal of ES cells by analyzing important cytokines such as LIF,Oct-4 and Nanog.
