摘要: 微卫星具有数量多、分布广、多态性丰富和共显性遗传等优点,是继RAPD、RFLP之后的第二代分子标记,近年来以其独特的优点被广泛应用于畜禽遗传育种研究的各个领域中。对微卫星标记在构建畜禽遗传连锁图谱、群体遗传多样性分析和遗传结构分析、标记辅选择等方面的研究进展作一阐述。

Abstract: Microsatellites have such advantages as large quantity, wide distribution, rich polymorphisms and co-dominant inheritance. Microsatellite is the second-generation molecular markers following RAPD and RFLP. In recent years, microsatellites have been widely used in all areas of genetic breeding of livestock and poultry as a result of their unique advantages. The paper introduces progress in construction of livestock and poultry genetic linkage map, genetic diversity of population, genetic structure, and auxiliary selection of markers.
