Abstract: Teaching reform is the crucial motivation to promote the pharmaceutical talent cultivation. To cultivate the applied talents in pharmacy category,the teaching reform of colleges and universities should be deepen and the diversification of talent cultivation mechanism should be promoted. Taking ＂Internet ＋ ＂ as an opportunity,the diversification of talent cultivation mechanism in the mode of college-enterprise cooperation is analyzed based on the integration of resources from colleges and society,so as to provide references for the cultivation of applied pharmaceutical talents required by society.
