Abstract: Fermentation Engineering experiment is one of the main courses for undergraduates in biotechnology and related majors, which plays a vital role in improving undergraduates＇ practical ability and innovation ability. According to the problems existing in the experimental teaching in this curriculum, we reformed and perfected the teaching content, teaching mode, assessment system and teaching conditions. Furthermore, the obtained methods were applied in the teaching practice and the teaching effect was improved effectively.
