Abstract: Bright Yellow 2 cell is a very useful cell line in various study fields. Two different formula of BY2 culture medium were compared in this study to explore the influence to BY2 cell. The results showed that there is no big difference between the two medium. Salt stress results showed that BY2 cell was sever damaged under 0.5 % NaCl stress.
