This paper deals with antioxidant ability of methyl alcohol extract of Himantormia lugubris and Ramalina terebrata from Antarctic. The antioxidant ability detected by the linoleic acid, DPPH free radical and reducing power systems and compared with that of commercial antioxidant VC and BHA. The result showed that the lichens collected from Antarctica exhibited comparatively high antioxidant activities. The antioxidant activity was concentration-dependent. In the study, Himantormia lugubris apperanted great inhibitory ratio of lipid peroxidantion and great scavenging ratio of DPPH free radical, Ramalina terebrata showed high scavenging activity on DPPH free radical. This indicated that there is else substance with high antioxidant activity in the extract from Himantormia lugubris, which should be further studied.

The fermentation conditions of the strain Z-62 was studied via single tactor experiments and orthogonal expenments, and the optimal shaking flask fermentation condition was determined as follows： media composed of 3 % glucose, 3 % soybean peptone, 0.05 % FeSO4·7H2O, 0.05 % KCl, seed age 20 h, initial pH of the media 6.0, media volume 30/250 （mL/mL）, inoculum volume 4 % and fermentation time 60 h. In this optimized conditions, the inhibition zone diameter increased by 29.4 % from 20.31 mm. to 26.28 mm.

A antagonistic bacterium strain 2-14 against Verticillium dahliae , which had pathogen of the verticillium wilt, was screened from cotton soil. It was identified as Bacillus velezensis through colony and cell morphologic observation, physiologic and biochemical identification as well as the identification of 16S rDNA. The results of the inhibition spectrum experiments showed that the strain 2-14 had the inhibitory effect on several plant pathogens, which had a higher research value.

Bright Yellow 2 cell is a very useful cell line in various study fields. Two different formula of BY2 culture medium were compared in this study to explore the influence to BY2 cell. The results showed that there is no big difference between the two medium. Salt stress results showed that BY2 cell was sever damaged under 0.5 % NaCl stress.

A method for determination of deoxynivalenol （DON） in wheat by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） is reported. The sample was extracted with PEG8000-water. Filtrate was cleaned up by DON test HPLC affinity cartridges. The DON was separated on Symmetry C18 column, detected by UV-detector and quantified by external standard. Wheat seeds samples were fortified with DON at different levels. This procedure could contribute to a DON recoveries of 86.11%-95.24 %, variation coefficients of 0.88 %-2.59 % and detection limit of 0.1mg/kg.

Using different concentration of NaCl treating seedlings, the effects of salinity stress on photosynthesis of cucumber leaves of two breeds, which were different in tolerance on salinity stress, were investigated. The result showed that, as increasing of salinity concentration and prolongation of salinity stress, the .photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll-a content, chlorophyll-b content were decreased significantly, stomatal conductance and and intercelluar CO2 content decreased early and then increased, the ratio of Chlb/Chla were increased gradually. The extent of injury was different between cucumber of two breeds, the injury extent of the cucumber Jinyou3, which has a higher tolerance on salinity, was less than that of Zhongnong15, which has a lower tolerance on salinity.

In order to protect and develop the dominant varieties of Leizhou goat and enrich the content of livestock anatomy, the morphological characteristics of the cardiac papillary muscles and ehordae tendineaes of 15 heads of Leizhou goats were observed with the gross anatomy method. The results showed that there were 3 groups of the papillary muscles in the right ventricule in 8 cases, which was the septal anterior, seplal posterior and the cranial wall papillary muscles, resp. It was only l case that the septal anterior muscle formed the typical papillary mosclc and the septal anterior papillary muscles were absent in 7 cases. There were the big and small types of the papillary muscle in the septal posterior muscle group and the former was the main type. The big papillary muscle was classified into 3 types of the attached, free and intermediate types. There were small papillary muscles near the big papillary, muscles in 5 cases, the cardiac papillary muscles of 3 cases were composed with 3-5 small papillary muscles, and that of 7 cases were composed with 1-2 big papillary muscles. The groups of the cranial wall papillary muscle were composed with 1 or 2 big papillary muscles and the papillary muscles were all free type. There were 2 papillary muscles in the left ventrieule, which was the anterior and the posterior papillary muscle, resp. and both of them were well developed and belonged to attached types. In addition, the morphology of the papillary muscle, type and the connectal manner of the chordae tendineae ect. were also described in the paper. It was concluded that Leizhou goats lived in tropical and subtropical climatic conditions for a long time, and its cardiac papillary muscle and chordae tendineae had some region features.

The morphological structures and distribution densities of 2 immunoreactive cells with 5-hydroxytryptamine （5-HT） and somatostatin （SS） in the digestive tract of blue fox were studied by immuno-histochemical SP method. The resuhs indicated that most of the 2 immunoreactive ceils in digestive tract showed to be round, oval shape or cone-shape, they were mainly distributed among gastric gland epithelia, intestinal epithelia and intestinal gland epithelia fixedly. The immunoreactive cells with 5-HT were most in colon, secondary in rectum and jejunum, less in fundus gland region, duodenum, ileum and pyloric gland region, not found in esophagus, cardiac gland region and cecum. The immunoreactive cells with SS appeared in pyloric gland region largely and were not found in esophagus, cardiac gland region and cecum. Based on their shapes, it was speculated that these 2 immunoreactive cells in the digestive tract of blue fox had 2 secretion functions of endocrine and exocrine.

The fibrinolytic enzyme was separated and purified from protein crude extracts, of Trichosanthes kirilowii by using affinity chromatography method and its enzymatic properties were studied. The results showed that the apparent molecular weight of the fibrinolytic enzyme was 66.0 kD, the optimal pH value was 9.0, and the enzyme activities had no significant changes under the temperature of 4-40℃ and was inactivate completely when temperature was more than 78℃. In the hydrolysis reaction with the casein as substrate, the effects of 4 kinds of factors such as temperature, enzyme substrate ratio, pH value and reaction time on the hydrolysis reaction were in order as follows： temperature〉enzyme substrate ratio〉reaction time 〉 pH value; the Km value was 1.89 mg/mL and Vmax was 555.56μmol/（ L·min）.

The liquid nutrient culture conditions of the mycobiont isolated from the desert lichen Glypholecia scabra （Pers.）Müll. Arg was studied in this paper. The result should that the optimized nutrient conditions are glucose 15 g/L, soy peptone 2 g/L, Vitamin B12 200μg/L,NAA 2 μmmol/L and Ca^2＋ 0.5 g/L. This study provides the scientific bases for further study.

The purpose was to discuss the bone nutritional condition of grazing sheep around Qinghai Lake. The contents of hydroxyproline, calcium and phosphorus and activities of alkaline phosphatase in serum of 55 2-3-year old grazing sheep from 4 counties in the region around Qinghai Lake were determined by dimethylaminobenzaldehyde colorimetry, malachite green-molybdic acid colorimetry, MTB colorimetry and disodium phenyl phosphate method. The results showed that the contents of hydroxyproline in serum of determined grazing sheep were （ 15.359±1.655） μmol/L, their activities of alkaline phosphatase in serum were （2.797±0.741） nmol/（L.s）, their contents ef calcium and phosphorus in serum were （2.443±0.291 ） and （1.210±0.390）mmol/L resp. and their contents of inorganic phosphorus in serum were significantly lower than normal value （P〈0.05）. The 55 determined grazing sheep were at the nutrition level of low phosphorus.

The method of preferred temperature, avoidance temperature and critical temperature, different method to experimental result influence and influencing factor of ectothermy＇s thermal adaptation were summarized in this essay, which will provide the method foundation for research on ectothermy＇s thermal adaptation.

With the rapid development of industry and agricultural, the heavy metal in soil became more and more. Cu^2＋ is one of the necessary nutrition factors for plant, otherwise excessive Cu^2＋ can do harm to plant. So the studies on it were given more and more attention. The author stated the pernicious effects from the seed germination, plant growth and physiological reaction.

The residual solvents such as methanol, acetone, toluol, dimethylbenzene in drugs were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography with SE30 capillary column and external quantity. The detection limit of this method was 0.01 μg/ g, its linear range was 0.01-100μg/g, its correlation coefficient was 0.999 6, its relative standard deviation was smaller than 3.88 % and its recovery was above 85.8 %.

The contents of zinc in milk powder of many brands were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy, the experiment conditions such as composition and proportion of mixed acid used in the digestion of milk powder by dry method were researched. The optimum condition for its sample treatment was with nitrate acid-perchloric acid （4 ＋1）as dissolving acid and 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as constant-volume acid. The relative standard deviation of determination results was smaller than 2 %.

One thousand two hundred salmon fish with bodyweight of （500±50） g was selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. The salmon fish in control group was fed with basic feed and that in experiment groups was fed with basic feed added with 100, 150 and 200 mg/kg VC resp. for studying the influences of adding different dosages of VC into feed on the meat quality of salmon fish. The results showed that the protein contents in fish body in the 3 experiment groups with VC addition from low to high were （14.90±0.46） %, （15.90±0.39） % and （15.60±0.50） % in sequence; their total contents of necessary amino acids were 9.96 % ,10.85 %,10.96 % successively; their total contents of flavor amino acids were 6.97 % ,7.72 % and 7.78 % in turn; their total contents of necessary fatty acids were 18.9 %,23.4 % and 21.6 % in succession; their flesh colors were （3.0±0.11）,（3.5±0.08）and （3.5±0.09）successively. Compared with control group, their protein contents, total contents of necessary amino acids, flavor amino acids, necessary fatty acids were increased by 0.3%-1.3 % （P〉0.05）, 0.16 %-1.16 % （P〉0.05）, 1.7 %-5.2 % （P〈0.05） and 0.5 %-1.0% （P〈0.05） resp.The effect of adding 150 mg/kg VC was best.

The three-way cross piglets of Duroc×Landrace×Large White were selected in the experiment and they were divided into 2 treatment groups randomly, each treatment had 3 repeat and each repeat contained 10 piglets. 5008 ration formulation were used for feeding piglets in the experimental group and 5000 ration formulation were used for feeding piglets in the control group. Aiming to the characteristics of piglet weaning syndrome, some indexes such as growth performance and diarrhea rate of piglets in each groups, resp. The experiment result showed that diets containing high level protein and energy had promotion on piglet growth and could relieve the occurrence of piglet weaning syndrome.

The nucleating and growing condition of crystal grain was controlled by hydrolysis-negative micro-pressure ammonia distillation. The basic zinc carbonate meeting the requirement for feed supplement was prepared from refined zinc ammonium carbonate solution. The exhalation rate of zinc was higher than 98.0 %, the content of main component zinc in products was higher than 57.5 %, the particle diameter of products was smaller than 200 nm and their loose smut of wheat thickness was 0.1-0.25 g/cm^3.

Six house-feeding male northeast fine wool sheep in growing stage were selected and divided into 2 groups according to their bodyweights. The bodyweights of Group 1 were （26.9±3.39） kg and that of Group 2 were （34.85±0.35） kg. The gas respiratory calorimetry experiment and digestive metabolism experiment were performed on the sheep fasting for 72-96 h by applying respiratory calorimetry equipment with open circuit. The results indicated that the oxygen consumption quantities of Group 1 and 2 were （8.89 ±0.59） and （9.53±3.44） L/（W^0.75.d）, their creation quantities of CO2 were （7.44±0.45） and （6.7±1.10） L/（W^0.75.d）, their respiratory quotients in fasting period were 0.71 and 0.67, their fecal nitrogen excretion amounts were （0.17±0.06） and （0.14±0.08） g/（W^0.75.d） and their urine nitrogen excretion amounts were （0.42 ±0.11 ） and （0.24±0.11 ） g/（W^0.75.d）.

In the experiment, 72 healthy new American-line original breeding pigs with bodyweigt of （64 ＋ 1 ） kg and basically similar day age were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups, including 3 experiment groups and 1 control group. The pigs in control group were fed with basic diet and that in the 3 experiment groups were fed with basic diet ＋ 0.01% salvia tablets, basic diet ＋ 0.03 % chrysin and basic diet ＋ 0.06 % tea eliminating dampness resp., the experiment period was 30 d. The experiment results showed that compared with control group, the daily gains of the 3 experiment groups were enhanced by 5.76 % ,9.52 % and 48.84 % resp., their feed-weight ratios were enhanced by 0.37 % ,3.73 % and 9.33 % resp. and the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in serum of finishing pigs were enhanced. So, the auto immunity of new American-line original breeding pigs was enhanced.

Sixty 14 days old healthy green foot broilers were chosen and distributed into garlicin group, monensin group and control group, 20 broilers for each group. The feasibility of replacing antibiotics with garlicin in broiler breeding was analyzed and discussed through feeding experiment. The results indicated that the average daily weight increments of garliein and monensin groups were significantly higher than that of control group and their feed-weight ratios were lower than that of control group. The production performances of garlicin and monensin groups were basically same. So, replacing antibiotics with garlicin in broiler breeding was feasible.

In the experiment, the variance analysis was performed on the fresh yields of 8 silage maize varieties, the correlations between agronomic characters and fresh yields and among agronomic characters were analyzed. The results showed that the fresh and dry yields of Jinling 80, Zhongbei 410 and Beiqingzhu 1 were higher, they were suitable to be popularized and applied in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province; the fresh single plant weight, fresh leaf weight per plant, dry single plant weight, weight of single ear with shuck and stalk thickness were the main factors influencing fresh and dry weights; there were very great correlations among agronomic characters.

The extraction technology of chlorophyll from silkworm excrement was researched through I9 （3^4） orthogonal experiment. The influences of all the technological factors on the extraction efficiency of chlorophyll were analyzed through calculating and the full-wave scanning was performed on the extract. The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of chlorophyll extraction were as follws： the solid-liquid ratio was 1：20, the extraction temperature was 50℃, the extraction time was 1 h and the ratio of acetone to petroleum ether was 1：3. The chlorophyll yield rate of this technological combination was 0.123 % and it was increased by 284.375 % in comparison with that of the poorest technological combination. The chlorophyll extract had 3 absorption peaks in the range of 190-900 nm, they occurred at 668.7,405.7 and 225.1 nm resp. Among them, the absorption peak at 225.1 nm was largest.

The effect of removing algae smell in spiral algae through enzymolysis,fermentation and covering and so on was introduced and compared with in this paper, in order to understanding the research develpoment of remove alage smell at present.

The volatile constituents in 4 kinds of milk were extracted as oil components by steam distillation and they were separated and identified by GC-MS method. There were benzothiazole, butylated hydroxytoluene, diphenylamine, dodecane, hexadecane, octadecane, enndecane, heneicosane, 2-nonanone, 2-furylcarbinol, pentanoic acid, and etc detected out from the 4 kinds of milk by GC-MS method.

The purpose was to study the effect of applying postmortem aging process in the production technology of marinated duck on its quality. The texture profiles, shear force values and production rates of marinated ducks produced by 2 production technologies with and without aging process adopted were measured resp. and the sensory evaluation experiment was performed on the products. It was found in the results that postmortem aging reduced the hardness and elasticity values of marinated ducks and enhanced their production rates. Although, the shear force values of raw duck meat had no significant difference before and after aging, that of marinated duck meat had significant difference and their meat quality became tender obviously. The sensory evaluation results of products produced by aging process were obviously superior to that of control group. The results indicated that the addition of aging process into traditional processing technology would not increase cost or bring food safety problems, but could enhance production rate, improve the texture profile and flavor of product obviously and it was beneficial to realize the factory production of marinated duck.

With SO2, NO2 and PM10 as evaluation factors, by reference to ambient air quality standard, through calculating the weight distribution coefficients and attachment degrees of pollution factors by fuzzy-mathematical method, the total air environmental quality of Huai＇an City in Jiangsu Province was evaluated objectvely. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the total air environmental quality of Huai＇ an City was light pollution （grade Ⅱ） and its air quality was deteriorating year by year. Compared with general evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation results got from deduction and calculation by using fuzzy-mathematical concepts were more objective.

Environmental emergency monitoring was the first link in handling suddenly environmental pollution accident and it played important roles of decision support and technical guarantee. The environmental emergency monitoring and its working contents were simply introduced and the countermeasures and advices for optimizing environmental emergency monitoring system were put forward.

The mould and yeast screened from industrial wastewater and domestic sewage were utilized to combine into the compound fungi, the simulation experiment of static treatment was performed on city river sewage, and the dynamic change state of water quality indexes such as total-nitrogen, total-phosphorus and COD during treatment was monitored. The result showed that adding the compound fungi bad a certain impact on water quality, each water quality index all presented decline trend, the largest removal rates of total-P, total-N and COD were 37.4 %, 85.8 % and 53.1%, resp.; but the thalli dosing quantity had no significant influence on the maximum removal rate. This study supplied the basis to utilize microorganism for dealing with the polluted water of city river.

The factors influencing boar sperm frozen were expatiated from aspects such as diluent, cryoprotectant and its conch., pre-freezing treatment, freezing formulation, induced crystallization, freze rate and thawing. Some problems existing in boar sperm freeze theory and practice were put forward and the solving method were put forward.

The matching assembly of embryo transfer technology on Alpas white cashmere goats has been explored to accelerate the application and popularization of embryo transfer in sheep husbandry by applying technologies such as donor selection, estrus synchronization, superovulation, surgical egg collection, estrus synchronization processing on receptor sheep and surgery transplantion. The selection standard of donor sheep and application experience in sponge-boh method of estrus synchronization on donor sheep were summarized. The estrus rate of the donor reached to 100 %1 the utilization rate was 98.33 % and 10.2 embryoes on average were available in the 13.9 embryoes on average reclaimed by the fallopian tube method. The estrus rate of receptor was 81.66 %, the fresh embryo transfer pregnancy rate was 77.92 %, the lambing rate was 105.78 % and the reproductive rate was 79.28 %. The conclusion implied that it was suitable to use the matching technology of embryo transfer on goats for the production situation of the breeding sheep improvement on sheep husbandry at present, and the technology was more mature and stable and could be applied and popularized widely in the rural and pastoral areas.

With Wuzhumuqin Mongolia sheep and Poll Dorset sheep as donor sheep, 73 donor sheep were treated for superovulation by using FSH-LH method, the effective rate was 94.5 %, the average obtained eggs were 8.12 and the average acquired useful embryos were 7.22. The result indicated that the best month for superovulation effect was from Sep. to Nov.; the estrous cycle was normal and easy to be pregnant, the superovulation effect and embryo available rate of ewes could be improved. The good superovulation result would be attained with 150 IU of FSH dosage; the sheep with right age had the optimal superovulation effect, with the numbers of average attained eggs and available embryos being higher than that of bred and aged sheep groups.

The elimination rate, reason and diseases of the stud sows in some hogpen were investigated and the measures of reducing death and culling rate of stud sows were put forward. The research showed that the elimination rate of the breeding pig farm in the hogpen was higher, reaching 56.56 %. The elimination rate of stud sows in merchandise 1 was 47.83 % and 41.63 % in merchandise 2. The reasons of stud sow elimination were mainly barren, out of estrus, hoof disease paralyzing, old age and hysteritis.

Body properties and meat performances of Anhui white goat were determined. The average height of rams at 4, 6, 8 and 12 months old were 4：2.10, 46.35, 47.66 and 55.65 cm, resp., that of ewes at 4, 6, 8 months old and adult ewes were 40.08, 43.76, 45.90 and 63.30 cm, resp., and that of wethers were 48.30 cm. The average body length of rams at 4, 6, 8 and 12 months old were 44.24, 49.22, 50.75 and 65.00 em, resp., that at ewes of 4, 6, 8 months old and adult ewes were 41.91, 46.28, 50.06 and 67.20 cm, resp., and that of wethers were 45.70 cm. The average liveweight before slaughtering of rams at 4, 6, 8, 12 months old were 9.36, 12.51, 14.59 and 18.10 kg, resp., that of ewes at 4, 6, 8 months old and adult ewes were 7.73, 9.67, 12.40 and 26.50 kg, resp., and that of wethers were 11.45 kg. The average empty body weight of 12-month-old rams, adult ewes and wethers were 16.66, 23.78, 10.09 kg, resp. The average dressing percentage of 12-month-old rams, adult ewes and wethers according to the liveweight before slaughtering were 51.11% ,49.06 % ,48.13 %, resp., that of 12-month-old rams, adult ewes and wethers according to the empty body weight were 54.50 % ,54.67 % ,54.49 %, resp. The average meat percentage of 12-month-old rams, adult ewes and wethers were 34.31% ,35.64 % ,33.50 %, resp. The average meat-bone ratio of 12-month-old rams, adult ewes and wethers were 1： 2.10, 1：2.7, 1：2.85, resp.. The average eye muscle area of 12-month-old rams, adult ewes and wethers were 8.40, 8.05, 2.96 cm^2, resp..
