Abstract: The experiments were designed for producing high protein and low cellulose feed of straw by muhiple strains fermentation. Two strains of white rot fungi were used to ferment straw, the crude protein in the fermentation was detected by Kjeldahl method and the crude fat was detected by Soxhlet extraction method. The results indicated that the crude protein reached 21.87 % by the mixed fermentation, the primary culture medium of cornmeal was better than others. The experiment of fermentation had provided scientific: proofs for production of crop feed.
