Abstract: Chloramphenicol residues in food can cause serious toxicity and side effects.Reliable,sensitive and practical monitoring and analysis technology is the key to control them effectively.This paper describes the research progress in detection of chloramphenicol residue by ELISA as well as its application prospects.
