Abstract: With the economic development and the improvement of living standards,more and more attention is paid to quality and safety of agricultural products.To strengthen the quality safety management of agricultural products,to improve their quality,and to ensure their safety are important measures to improve the quality of life.In this paper,the factors that affect the quality and safety of agricultural products were discussed and the countermeasures were also proposed.
