Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems in the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Poyang Lake Zone,based on discussing the relationship among enterprises,the government and the public in the developing process of the circular economy,some ideas and suggestions were proposed for developing the circular economy in the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Poyang Lake Zone,which emphatically included that the government should play the role of macro-adjustment and the culture enterprises of livestock and poultry should actualize the green marketing stratagem.
