Abstract: The detection methods of melamine at present were analyzed and compared fully. The detected methods included that chromatography methods（high-performance liquid chromatography,LC- MS/ MS, gas chromatography-mass spectrum, UHPLC-MS）, ion chromatography, spectrum methods （raman spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, near-near infrared absorption detection method and nuclear maganetic resonance）, volumetric analysis methods（picric acid method, sublimation method, potentiometric titration, capillary electrophoresis detection method and kit detection method） and other detection methods （colorimetry, nano-particle color method, chemiluminescence method and turbidimetric method）.
