Abstract: Canine distemper is an acute infectious disease caused by the canine distemper virus in Canidae. Many symptoms were characterized by infected dogs, such as biphasic fever, rhinitis, severe inflammation of the digestive tract and respiratory inflammation. The pathogen, epidemiology, clinical symptoms and pathological changes of canine distemper were introduced in the paper. Though a typical case of canine distemper, a series of effective measures to treat canine distemper were introduced in order to provide reference for the control of canine distemper.
