Abstract: Mealies alcohol grains in wet state is protein feed and by-product of grain distillery.In the United States, 60% of mealies alcohol grains were dry condition DDGS which used for domestic consumption and export; the other is wet state which used as feed. In our country, most of production and consumption was mealies alcohol grains with dry condition, which means that wet state ones had huge market. The production process, nutritional components, feed value of mealies alcohol grains were described, utilization prospect of mealies alcohol grains in wet state was analyzed.
