Food safety issues have been more and more concerned, among them pork food Guality and safety issues are particularly important and urgent. It is necessary to establish the pork food quality whole control system for the fundamental solution of the contamination of pork food and security issues. Combining with the actual conditions of Gaoping City, the security risks of the pork food production process were analyzed from feed production, pig breeding, slaughtering and processing, transporting and distribution, sale, etc., and then some countermeasures for building the pork safety inspection and traceability system were proposed to realize the control for the pork food safety in the while process of feeding, slaughtering, processing, transporting and sale.
