Abstract: To strengthen college students＇ comprehensive quality and develop their innovative ability, reformation in the process of cultivating students of food quality and safety were explored, especially in the area of the thinking for improving students＇ practical innovation ability from the experimental teaching, students＇ scientific research iLnnovation, practice base construction and teaching staff,furthermore a scientific and efficient food quality and safety of the major ways for the cultivation of the students＇ practical ability to innovate was established.
