Abstract: The effects of fermented grape slag particle feed on the production performance of fattening cattle were studied. 26 Simmental Hybrid Cattle with the average weight of about 304 kg were randomly divided into two groups (with 13 cattle in each group). The diet composition in control group was as follows:self-made concentrate supplier of beef cattle, silage and hay. The diet composition in test group was as follows:fermented grape slag particle feed, silage and hay. The test period lasted for 60 days. The results showed that the daily weight gain of fattening cattle that was fed with fermented grape slag particle feed was increased by 5.89%(P〈0.05). And the feed-gain ratio was decreased by 2.79%(P〉0.05). The average gross profit increased 58.24 yuan and the economic benefit increased by 4.17%.
